Description:  During the one week camp,we decided to do our own Trinity College Fire Fighting Competition. As you may already know,we have to build a robot that can move through a maze, and put out a fire. In the robot I made I used a super cricket, also known as a micro computer. On the cricket I attached a photo sensor in order to "see" the fire. There is also a distance sensor to avoid hitting walls as well as help the robot make it's way through the maze. Included to all this is two buttons in case the robot gets too close to a wall. When the photo sensor "sees" the light the robot will stop, and then start it's motor. The motor attached to a fan. The fan in turn will put out the fire.
